Principal's Report We are all very excited for the Colour Fun Run tomorrow – Thursday 3rd April. Just a reminder for students to come to school wearing clothes and shoes that they are prepared to get colourful and possibly stained. It has been recommended that white is the most effective to highlight the vibrant colours of the powder. Principal's Report Our rescheduled first Working Bee for the year is on next weekend, Saturday 5th April. We are planning on having a BBQ on the day and an Easter Egg Hunt! It will be held from 10am to 1pm, and we will be doing mulching, weeding and maybe even some construction! We hope to see lots of families there for a day of fun and fruitful hard work! Principal's Report Please come and join us for a Working Bee session followed by a BBQ on Saturday 22nd March, from 9.30am to 12pm. You are welcome to join us at any point during the morning. Jobs will be weeding, clearing of Frog Bog, mulching and some structural work around the veggie gardens down the back. Principal's Report EPS School Leaders  Last Friday we congratulated and recognised all of our 2025 Grade 6 School Captains (Mia, Lachie, Reece and Elleny) and School Leaders, including our Grade 6 Councillors, Library and Art Squads, and our Grade 3 and 4 Student Action Team. Principal's Report Bookings are now open for the Parent-Teacher Connect Meetings on Thursday 13th February, running from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.  As per last year, the meetings will be in-person. You can book times via Compass. Regular classes finish at 12pm on the day, but we are able to supervise students from then until 3.30pm if you are not able to collect your children earlier. Please advise your child's teacher or the Office Staff, or send an email to emerald.ps@education.vic.gov.au, if you need to have your child/children stay until 3.30pm. Principal's Report It was wonderful to see everyone back on deck yesterday, looking fresh and ready for an amazing year of learning at EPS! We welcomed a number of new students yesterday too, and then watched with excitement as all the new Prep students arrived today to start their EPS journey!
